Operating under the close guidance of a Solution Consultant Manager or Team Lead, the successful candidate will progressively develop the independence needed to deliver compelling software demonstrations and identify prospects' operational pain points. The position begins as a novice-level individual contributor and grows over time in both technical depth and deal complexity. Core responsibilities include:
- Learning the fundamentals of solution consulting while setting priorities and goals under the direction of an SC Manager or Team Lead.
- Supporting demonstrations and deal progression for opportunities of minimal complexity, paired initially with a senior team member.
- Building the capability to understand prospect business pains and develop a structured demo plan.
- Reviewing, completing, and managing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires in partnership with sales, product, and legal teams to ensure accurate, on-time submissions.

- Professional experience: A minimum of five years in a customer-facing Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
