Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team! As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee a team of practitioners, assist with their patient caseloads and treatment plans, and manage your own patients. You will also meet with staff, address concerns, and help conduct training and development for both new and existing staff members. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of patient care, caseload management, and possesses strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular meetings with staff and advisory boards
• Oversee training and development of staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff regarding scheduling and treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor is preferred
• Required licensing and certification to perform this role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of healthcare policies and regulations
• Proven ability to manage teams, including scheduling and problem-solving
