Buckle at Magic Valley Mall in Twin Falls, seeking leaders for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader role. This full-time, on-site position supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales, merchandising and guest service.
You will lead by example with high standards, recruit and develop teammates, and provide leadership across the sales floor, fitting rooms and registers. Flexibility for schedule including weekends is expected.
