About the RoleAs Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, you will own the end‑to‑end manufacturing strategy and execution across production, operations, quality, logistics, R&D, procurement, and compliance. This is a mission‑critical leadership role requiring a change agent mindset, a strong engineering foundation, and proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation‑driven process optimization.
You will partner with executive leadership to:- Define and implement operational strategies that deliver world‑class manufacturing performance.
- Optimize processes and lead cultural transformation to achieve best‑in‑class standards in quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Spearhead Cap Ex projects, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Lead and inspire a multi‑site manufacturing organization to deliver operational excellence and scalable growth.
- Champion Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
- Ensure compliance with FDA and USDA regulations while maintaining the highest standards of food safety.
- Drive Cap Ex projects, plant expansions, and Greenfield initiatives aligned with the company's growth trajectory.
- Build and mentor a world‑class leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop and execute strategic operational plans and budgetary goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in food manufacturing operations.
- 8+ years in senior management roles with multi‑site responsibility.
- Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement culture.
- LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification a plus, but not required.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large‑scale Cap Ex projects.
- Expertise in plant consolidation, relocation, and Greenfield projects.
- Exceptional ability to influence, lead change, and deliver transformational results.
