We are seeking an experienced Structural Aluminum Welder to join our team in Twin Falls. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience welding structural aluminum and be comfortable producing strong, clean, quality welds in a production or fabrication environment.

ResponsibilitiesPerform structural aluminum welding using MIG and/or TIG welding processes.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
Weld aluminum components and assemblies according to project specifications.
Set up welding equipment and select appropriate settings for aluminum.
Inspect welds for quality, strength, and accuracy.
Measure, fit, and position materials before welding.
Use grinders, saws, drills, and other fabrication tools as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
QualificationsPrevious structural aluminum welding experience required.
Strong knowledge of aluminum welding techniques.
Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings.
Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding.
Ability to accurately measure, fit, and fabricate components.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and transportation.
Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
