6) on C Shift (6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, every other weekend required). You will oversee pasteurization, maintain accurate documentation, and keep the work area clean and compliant.
Responsibilities include safe operation, charting, validating CIP flows, tracing product from raw milk to cream, and coordinating with QA, maintenance, and production leads. This role requires a high school diploma, GMP knowledge, and physical ability to lift 75 lbs and work on
