As an Applebee's Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers in providing exceptional service, and maintain the overall flow of the restaurant. You will work hard, but have a great time doing it!

• Greet guests at the entrance with a friendly welcome.
• Assist servers in delivering outstanding guest service.
• Maintain a smooth and organized guest flow throughout the restaurant.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to making a positive impact.

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours.
• Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and frequently wash hands with disinfection soap throughout the shift.
