Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Position

Purpose:

Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions that contribute to an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience. This may include assisting customers in the lot, providing administrative services, directing customers to store departments or merchandise, and answering customer questions on product order status. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions require teamwork with other associates, vendors, and carriers, as well as the ability to work with little to some supervision.

They should be detail-oriented, have proven time management skills, and demonstrate a high level of integrity while supporting store-specific business objectives and key operational responsibilities. Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Support an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services as needed.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance where required.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers; perform duties with little to some supervision.
• Maintain attention to detail and manage time effectively to meet store objectives.
