In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming, relaxing, and informative shopping environment while supporting daily store operations. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with customers, share your knowledge of our products, and help drive sales while keeping our store looking its best.

• Support Daily Store Operations: Assist with the day-to-day activities that keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep the Store Looking Its Best: Maintain attractive product displays, assist with merchandising, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Manage Transactions and Orders: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and cash register, handle payments accurately, and assist with fulfilling customer orders.
• Build Product Knowledge: Learn about our products, company culture, and sales processes so you can confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
• Manage Inventory: Assist with inventory organization, stocking, and other tasks that support store operations.
• Be a Team Player: Work collaboratively with your teammates and contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming store environment.

• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, merchandising, or cash handling.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Enjoyment of working directly with customers and building positive relationships.
• A welcoming, engaging, and professional approach when interacting with customers, team members, and other staff.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
