With over 250+ brands across beverages, snacks, sweets, and more, we empower independent sales reps to earn by selling new products to stores in your area. We offer an exclusive 1099 contractor opportunity to experienced field sales professionals who want to earn $3,000–$6,000/month through our incentive structure.
Represent leading brands like Siete, Vita Coco, All Wello, Mike’s Hot Honey, Smackin’, Wonderful Pistachios, Built Bars, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Open 20–40 new independent stores per month in your assigned territory.
- Establish and grow relationships with convenience, grocery, liquor, smoke shops, and gas stations.
- Drive product distribution by securing initial orders and reorders for partner brands.
- Prospect and visit stores weekly to create new accounts and increase brand penetration.
- Negotiate pricing, displays, and promotions to maximize store sales and earn bonuses.
- Independent Hunter Mentality: Be self-driven to open accounts and build pipelines without micromanagement.
- Existing Store Relationships: Prefer candidates with active relationships with retail owners.
- Negotiation Skills: Overcome objections, secure orders, and structure custom promotions.
- Territory Ownership: Treat your area as your business, maximize coverage, and revisit warm stores.
- Communication: Use your smartphone to update store visit outcomes via Airtable mobile app.
Commission of 3-5% on each wholesale order. Expected total earnings: $3,000–$6,000/month, with high performers earning more.
