• Help customers through the full sales process: greeting, vehicle selection, test drives, trade‑ins, financing options, and closing.
• Communicate clearly in Spanish and English to assist our diverse customer base.
• Build strong relationships with returning and referral customers.
• Stay knowledgeable about our used car inventory, features, and financing programs.
• Work closely with teammates to create a smooth, supportive, and energetic sales environment.
• Follow up with leads, manage your pipeline, and maximize every opportunity.
