Prior automotive sales experience is not required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and all the tools to help you succeed.
Base pay range$35,000.00/yr – $/yr
Compensation & BenefitsEarn $35,000 to $100,000+ annually through our competitive pay plan, bonuses, and commissions.

- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a memorable car‑buying experience
- Assist customers with vehicle selection based on needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Learn and present vehicle features, benefits, and technology confidently
- Conduct professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations (new and used)
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business
- Work directly with F&I Managers to present financing options, leasing options, and warranty/vehicle protection programs
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve team and individual goals
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Coachable, goal‑driven, and eager to learn the automotive business
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays (Closed on Sundays)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening
- Prior automotive, retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required
