Position SummaryFisher’s Technology is seeking a full time Account Support Specialist to provide support to our geographically distributed sales team and customers. The specialist will manage relationships with current customers and provide sales support to generate new business. Growth and professional development opportunities as well as bonus incentives based on sales performance are available.
Roles & Responsibilities- Develop healthy relationships with Fisher’s customers and the designated Account Manager to support business growth in new and existing accounts.
- Engage in prospecting research to identify new business opportunities for the Account Manager.
- Assist in proposal development, account creation review, contract change requests, scheduling customer meetings, managing sales paperwork and documentation, supplying printer assessment reports, order tracking, and act as a liaison for inter‑departmental issue resolution.
- Work with other Fisher’s departments to ensure 5‑star service and improve overall efficiency.
- Utilize CRM software for account administration, ERP connections, and report creation (sales activities, call lists, competitive lease data, etc.).
- 4‑year degree preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
