We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Property Management Security Officer to help maintain safety, order, and peace of mind at residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, great observation skills, and a customer-service mindset.

• Patrol property grounds and common areas (foot or vehicle patrol)
• Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity
• Enforce property rules and regulations
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Provide assistance to residents, guests, and onsite staff
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders when needed

• Prior experience in security or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and act quickly
• High school diploma or GED
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
