As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Twin Falls, , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as retail/malls. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. You will remain highly visible throughout your shift, assisting guests and staff and supporting a welcoming atmosphere. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols within the retail environment.
• Work collaboratively with retail staff and members of the public to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately and thoroughly in accordance with company and site requirements.
• Remain visible and approachable to help deter unwanted behavior and support a welcoming environment for customers and employees.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
