About Us:

We are an authorized New Holland Agriculture dealership committed to delivering industry-leading equipment and service to farmers and ag businesses in our community. Our team is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Agriculture Service Technician who’s ready to get their hands dirty and make a real impact in the field.

Job Summary:

As an experienced Technician, you’ll perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of Ag equipment—including tractors, balers, combines, and more. You’ll work both in-shop and on-site, ensuring machines stay running strong during critical times of the season.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair agricultural equipment with minimal supervision, including field service calls as needed
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Utilize CNH diagnostic software and tools (e.g., EST, CNH Service Tools)
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with customers and service managers on repair status and needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Stay current with technical training and product updates

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an agriculture or heavy equipment technician preferred
• Technical diploma or equivalent in Diesel, Ag, or Heavy Equipment Technology preferred
• Proficiency in diagnosing complex issues independently
• Strong understanding of New Holland or CNH Industrial equipment a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor, farm environments)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available during peak seasons
• Occasional weekend or emergency service calls as needed
