We are seeking a reliable and motivated Technician to join our team in Fairfield, Idaho
. This is a hands-on position suited for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to quality and safety.
The ideal candidate is dependable, works well independently and with a team, and is comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technical tasks. Previous experience in a technician, mechanical, equipment, construction, or industrial environment is a plus.
ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on technical and equipment-related work
Assist with installation, maintenance, service, and repair activities
Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
Troubleshoot problems and assist with identifying solutions
Follow established procedures and safety requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently
Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
Learn company processes, equipment, and technical procedures
QualificationsPrevious technician, mechanical, equipment, construction, or industrial experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with hand tools and equipment
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently when required
Class 1 driver's license is preferred
Willingness to work in a hands-on environment
