About the OpportunityWe're seeking a Net Suite Developer to join the internal technology team. This role will play a critical part in enhancing and optimizing Net Suite, the company's core business platform, through custom development, integrations, and workflow automation initiatives.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and collaborating directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive, and comfortable taking projects from concept through implementation.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Net Suite solutions using Suite Script
- Build and support integrations between Net Suite and third-party applications using REST APIs and related technologies
- Create workflow automations that improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
- Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing platform support
- Configure and administer Net Suite modules, workflows, roles, permissions, and system settings
- Document technical solutions and development best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and system enhancements
- 2+ years of hands-on Net Suite development experience
- Experience developing with Suite Script (2.1 preferred)
- Strong experience building and supporting Net Suite integrations
- Experience working with REST APIs and web services
- Understanding of Net Suite administration and platform configuration
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in delivering technical solutions
- Experience with Suite Flow
- Experience supporting multiple business functions within Net Suite
- Background implementing process improvements and automation initiatives
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organization
