Associate Product Manager (APM)As an APM, you’ll support product strategy, gather customer insights, and collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that create long-term value, all while gaining hands‑on experience and mentorship.
Pay Rate: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Location: Twinsburg, OH (Hybrid)
Strategic Roadmap / Product PlanningAssist in the development & execution of product roadmaps, sizing of opportunity, and prioritization.
Cross-Functional CollaborationSupport execution of new products & cost‑reduction projects through collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, brand, and other teams to ensure success.
Data Analysis & MonitoringMonitor and track product performance, analyze user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements GatheringCollect, document, and prioritize market, customer, and competitive requirements.
Market & Competitive ResearchConduct research to understand and analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products to identify opportunities.
Support Product LaunchesAssist in launch planning, marketing enablement, and go‑to‑market execution.
Team Collaboration & AlignmentParticipate in planning sessions, regular team check‑ins, and project reviews to ensure priorities are clear, progress is tracked, and teams remain aligned on goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, or a related field (internships included).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down problems and interpret data.
- Solid critical thinking and intellectual curiosity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable working in collaborative project cycles with cross‑functional teams.
- Passion for product management and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Results orientation with a drive to deliver value.
- Attention to detail and process‑driven mindset.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change.

- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, while other days will involve walking around the manufacturing plant.
- Frequent transition from sitting to standing throughout the day.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time.
