Service Desk Coordinator

Paul Mitchell The School Cleveland is seeking a qualified Service Desk Coordinator to join our family. The Service Desk Coordinator is a professional with sales and service experience, basic guest‑service communication skills, and proficiency in computer software and telephone use. The objective is to create an extraordinary experience for service guests, prospective Future Professionals, and all other school guests. The Coordinator also serves as a guest‑service mentor to Future Professionals and guides a smooth guest‑service flow in the clinic classroom, following all service desk systems.

The ideal candidate has successful previous sales experience and guest‑service experience. They must be self‑motivated to set, meet, and exceed goals, and inspire and guide others. Successful communication, customer‑service resolution, teamwork, and beauty‑product sales skills are required.

• Experience in guest service
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Honesty and professionalism
• Previous cash management and balancing cash drawers
• Inventory control and product management experience
• Experience handling phone systems
