Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a full-time position with our client located in Twinsburg, OH. We’re looking for a dynamic Program Manager to lead and manage aerospace programs from initiation through delivery. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with customer requirements, budgets, and schedules while driving collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams.

Salary Range: $103,000/year to $130,000/year. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status reviews and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in program/project management (aerospace experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
• PMP certification and experience with aerospace components are a plus.
