Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced loan administrator to join our team at our Twinsburg, OH Branch (9057 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, OH 44087). Our ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and has a passion for helping people. This is a full-time, onsite position. Responsibilities

• Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
• Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing
• Open depository accounts (checkings, savings, certificate of deposit, IRAs)
• Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
• Ability to work in all areas of the branch

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 2 years of recent experience managing a pipeline of equity and/or mortgage loans
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Professional grammar and demeanor
• Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
• Retail bank teller experience preferred

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process. The pay range listed is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
