Head Occupational Therapist

Inspire Connections Therapy provides neurodiversity-affirming, child-led pediatric therapy with a focus on interactive therapy sessions with caregiver coaching. As a small, SLP-owned practice, Inspire Connections Therapy strives to provide high quality work life balance for its employees.

Inspire Connections Therapy is seeking a dedicated Head Occupational Therapist. This position is flexible and can be full-time, part-time, or consist of evaluations and oversight. You will be on-site at the Macedonia office. The Head Occupational Therapist will develop the OT department, provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children, and collaborate with families and caregivers to foster development and independence. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating individualized therapy plans, overseeing therapy sessions, providing caregiver training, and contributing to the continuous growth and improvement of therapeutic practices.

• Strong expertise in conducting assessments, creating individualized therapy plans, and delivering evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
• Experience in leading and mentoring therapists, fostering collaboration, and providing professional guidance
• Ability to document and evaluate therapy progress with accuracy and attention to detail
• Commitment to a neurodiversity-affirming, child-led approach
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid state license to practice in Ohio
• Experience with pediatric populations, including knowledge of reflex integration and strategies for supporting neurodiverse individuals, is highly desirable
