Job Description: The Maintenance Technician at TCH Industries is responsible for doing preventative maintenance on our equipment used in our production processes and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse units. This position works closely with our Principal Engineer and Production Manager.

Job Duties:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, including hydraulic presses, hose assembly equipment, and fluid transfer systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Repair or replace defective parts or components.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and TCH Industries' policies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance maintenance processes and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as needed.
• Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning and maintaining common areas, restrooms, and work spaces to ensure a clean and safe environment for all employees.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience with hand and power tools required for maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.
• Dedication to workplace safety and compliance with safety guidelines.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including hot, cold, and noisy environments.
