Anderson|Biro Staffing is hiring Assemblers for our client, in their Separator Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on work, has good mechanical aptitude, and wants to build their manufacturing skills.
What You’ll Do- Assemble components according to work instructions and quality standards
- Operate equipment and make basic adjustments as needed
- Measure parts and inspect finished products for quality
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work with team members to meet production goals
- Manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality
- Dependable, team oriented, and willing to learn
- Lift up to 50+ pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift
- Work in an industrial environment with varying temperatures
