As an entry‑level Donation Attendant / Stock Associate, you are the face of our agency to donors. You accept, load, unload, sort, and price donations. With a gracious and positive attitude, you offer donors a coupon, a receipt, and a smile. You sort clothing and household goods into categories and test electronics to ensure they work properly before pricing them. You maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of donations and promote the development of service participants.

You commit to safety, keep your work area clean and free of hazards, and operate equipment with attention to safe operating procedures. Your friendly disposition and dedication support our mission of serving the community. You are expected to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and load donations for clothing, furniture, and other household goods.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Customer service skills and a can‑do attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with awareness of surroundings.

This entry‑level position requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
