Twinsburg, OH area

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 (depending on experience) with bonus and benefits.

• Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing systems that may include hardware and software components.
• Advising customers on operation procedures and requirements of systems.
• Communicating effectively in person to assist and train customers and partners.
• Testing & verifying the functionality of the equipment installed for optimal performance.
• Documenting processes and completing required documentation such as SATs, Vocs, Trip, reports and expenses reports.
• Assisting with the set-up of customer demonstrations and exhibitions (i.e., trade shows).
• Supporting customers remotely or in the office via email or phone with the goal of troubleshooting and solving customers’ requests, including but not limited to RMA processes.

• Knowledge of electrical/electronic and equipment, including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes.

• Two-year technical degree or apprenticeship program or equivalent in a technical or military field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in the electrical/electronic and mechanical fields.
• Computer /MS Office knowledge.
• Travel required 90% of the time. Overnight travel required.
