Join Our Team as a Fleet Mechanic III!
Are you ready to take your mechanical skills to the next level? At Keurig Dr Pepper , we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Fleet Mechanic III to join our dynamic team in Twinsburg, OH . This is your chance to work on a variety of vehicles, from trucks to forklifts, and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment!
About the RoleAs a Fleet Mechanic III, you will:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), trailers, vans, and forklifts.
- Disassemble and overhaul motors, transmissions, clutches, rear ends, and electrical systems.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including vehicle records.
- Manage the ordering and inventory of parts.
- Act as a mentor to junior mechanics, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
- Monday through Friday
- 11:00 AM until finished
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
- 3 years of fleet experience with various power units, trailers, and material handling equipment
- 3 years of experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, suspension, and brakes
- 2 years of experience using a computer for diagnostics on fleet vehicles
- Must supply your own set of tools
- Willing to achieve ASE Heavy and Medium duty certification, DOT CDL A, and other certifications within the first year
