• Operate snow removal equipment including skid steers and front‑end loaders
• Clear snow and ice from driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and entryways
• Respond promptly to weather events as a dependable Snow Equipment Operator
• Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Follow safety protocols and report any incidents or equipment issues
• Provide excellent customer service while representing Turfscape professionally
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

• Work with a dedicated team and state‑of‑the‑art equipment
• On‑the‑job training for new Snow Equipment Operators

• Experience operating snow removal equipment preferred but not required
