Order Puller

Anderson|Biro Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Puller for a growing operation in Twinsburg, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone with distribution center or warehouse experience who is comfortable using technology to manage inventory, process transactions, and ensure order accuracy. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and able to learn new systems quickly. Experience using handheld scanners and inventory management systems is preferred.

Previous experience with RF-SMART or Net Suite is a plus, but not required.

• Use handheld scanners to locate, pull, and verify inventory.
• Complete inventory transactions accurately within an ERP system.
• Ensure items and quantities match order requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report discrepancies.
• Follow established warehouse procedures to support efficient operations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment.

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and computer-based inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to learn new technology, software, and processes quickly.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with RF-SMART, Net Suite, or similar warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required.
