• Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and communication skills to create the safest patient environment and provide the best patient experience.

• Floating between Med/Surg, Stepdown, Same Day Surgery, and assisting in the Emergency Department supporting border patients.
• Expanding clinical skills across multiple specialties.
• Providing exceptional care where it’s needed most.
• Increased wage:
  Float premium applies after orientation.

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Inpatient RN experience preferred.
