• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
• Oversee the Guest Service Department, ensuring crew and managers deliver great customer service, execute sales promotions, and maintain organized Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas.
• Supervise the Kitchen Department, delivering high‑quality food quickly while controlling food cost and training kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Drive the People Department, hiring qualified crew, training, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, and motivating staff throughout their tenure.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule who enjoys working in McDonald’s fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in our restaurants.
