Position SummaryThis position is based at the Burton 4-H Center on Tybee Island. Work involves food preparation, serving, and cleaning the food service areas. Employees work under direct supervision while involved in preparation of food, serving and cleaning. The incumbent follows written and/or oral procedures and practices and implements procedures, methods, and activities developed by others.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies- High level of activity in a hot kitchen

- Lifting up to 25-50 pounds

Responsibilities- Duties/Responsibilities: Serve food at the dining hall; set up buffet lines and serve individual plates; interact with customers ranging from young children to senior citizens.
