Are you a seasoned accounting professional with an eye for detail and a knack for financial analysis? We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic engineering firm. This full‑time, permanent position offers financial leadership, support, and strategic insight.

• Preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Performing account reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies.
• Participating in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
• Assisting with internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Streamlining accounting functions and operations to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Providing financial analysis and reports to management for decision‑making.
• Overseeing the work of junior accounting staff.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive financial information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the engineering industry.
• In‑depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting software and databases.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High level of integrity and results‑orientation.
