• Spearhead the strategic direction of core products, including trading, loyalty programs, and payment solutions
• Assist in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring key strategic initiatives to drive commercial success
• Develop pricing strategies and conduct market research to inform product development
• Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning to performance evaluation
• Generate insights and recommendations based on product KPIs to enhance revenue and user engagement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or equity research
• Strong problem‑solving skills and structured analytical approach
• Proven ability to take initiative and proactively address challenges
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders

• Strong modeling skills and proficiency in SQL and Tableau
• Track record of involvement in extracurricular activities or hobbies, such as writing, arts, or sports
• Experience working with diverse teams from different cultural and industry backgrounds
• Passion for continuous learning and curiosity about the cryptocurrency industry
