• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Lead project meetings and provide timely progress reports.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven success managing multifamily housing and senior living facilities projects.
• Experience with healthcare facility construction strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
