CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System is seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our established Orthopedics team in Tyler, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside 14 dedicated surgeons and 5 advanced practice providers in a high-performing, team-oriented practice serving Tyler and surrounding areas.

As an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon, you will provide specialized care for hand and upper extremity conditions, contributing to one of the top Orthopedic groups in Northeast Texas. Our practice emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and patient satisfaction, utilizing advanced technology like EPIC EMR to streamline workflows. You’ll handle a mix of surgical and clinical responsibilities, focusing on complex hand surgeries, reconstructions, and trauma care.

This position is ideal for a physician who thrives in a supportive environment with access to multidisciplinary resources, including rehabilitation services and specialized clinics.

• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship-trained in Hand and/or Upper Extremity Surgery
• Unrestricted Texas Medical License or eligibility to obtain one

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
