Required Skills:

• Valid medical license with specialization in Radiation Oncology
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality radiation therapy
• Strong knowledge of current oncology treatment protocols and technologies
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience with advanced radiation delivery systems (e.g., IMRT, SBRT, proton therapy)
• Prior participation in clinical research or trials
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Upon hiring, a medical degree (MD or DO) with postgraduate training in Radiation Oncology
• Minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience preferred, but newly licensed physicians are encouraged to apply
