This Chief of Anesthesiology position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Texas might be the perfect fit!
Highlights- Chief of Anesthesiology:
Blend of leadership and clinical practice. Team comprised of 9 Anesthesiologists and 27 CRNAs. Shared call with strong CRNA support (3‑4 per MD). Inpatient, Level III Trauma Center, 425‑bed hospital.
Schedule:
D1 model ‑ 1 week on, 1 week off; 1:10 weeknight call, 1:5 weekend call. Volume: ~7,000 OR cases/year; 14‑17 ORs daily + Cath Lab & ASC. Compensation:
Competitive salary, sign‑on bonus, 8 weeks PTO, CME paid, full benefits. East Texas community with low cost of living and access to Dallas/Ft. Worth.
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology (ABA)
- Certifications:
ACLS, BLS and ATLS - Texas medical license upon start date
- Leadership experience preferred
