Practice Overview
  • Diverse endocrinology practice with emphasis on thyroid biopsies and comprehensive patient management
  • Collaborative team supported by 4 diabetes educators, 1 MA, and 1 LVN per physician
  • Supportive, team-based culture with no administrative burdens
  • Opportunities for academic involvement and professional growth
Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM and a half-day Friday
  • 1:7 call rotation, phone/e-consult only, no hospital rounding
  • After-hours impact is minimal, with additional screening and phone support
  • Flexibility to live outside the immediate hospital radius
Compensation & Benefits
  • Generous compensation transitioning to a productivity-based RVU model - earn comp in the 90th percentile of MGMA earnings
  • Signing bonus up to $20,000 and quality bonuses up to $10,000 annually
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement match
  • 30 days off, $4,000 CME allowance, relocation support, and Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility
