Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant Locums Job in Texas | 12-Hour Shifts | Beginning ASAP – Ongoing | Assignment #112284
Coverage Details- Both DAYS and NIGHTS needed: 7AM – 7PM and 7PM – 7AM, 7 days per week
- Facility will accept multiple providers
- Ongoing assignment
- Temporary privileges available (estimated 5–7 days)
- Must be Board Certified
- Licensed in Texas or IMLC
- ACLS, BLS
- OR experience with vein harvesting – highly preferred
- Fellowship – preferred
- Rounding in ICU, pre- and post-cardiac surgery
- Manage patients coming off vents
- Care for patients post-OR (open hearts, VATS, lung cases)
- Average of 10–15 patients on service at any time
- Patients per shift: 10–15
- Admissions required
- EMR:
Epic
- Stroke Certified Hospital
- Facility Trauma Level: 1
