We set ourselves apart by providing Math Instructors with:

• Consistent, part‑time hours after school and on weekends: 8‑12 hours/week on average
• Opportunities for advancement
• All necessary curriculum and instructional tools
• Earn $10/hr while in training, with a raise to $10.50/hr after completing training

• Teach in‑center using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must plan to work with us for at least 9 months
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Passion for math
• Experience working with students grades K‑12 preferred
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra II;
  Pre‑Calculus/Calculus preferred

• All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test covering basic math through Algebra 2 and Geometry. The test has a 2‑hour time limit, no calculator allowed, and a benchmark of 85%.
