Job Summary

Responsible for sustaining and continuously improving mechanical components for equipment and tools, ensuring safe and effective operations of production assets, managing reliability engineering projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) – required
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Two or more years of oil & gas or related experience – required
  • No licensure or certification required
Job Requirements
  • Reliability management, asset management, fixed and rotating equipment
  • Pressure control devices, pressure vessels, process piping, process safety
  • Turnarounds, continuous improvement, analysis
  • Physical ability to work on and around industrial equipment, including confined spaces and use of PPE
  • Data analysis of condition monitoring to determine performance trends
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct root‑cause analysis
  • Lead and participate in reliability and incident investigations
  • Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management for mechanical integrity
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement projects, design preventive failure and reliability (DFR) solutions
  • Participate in maintenance critical spare parts program
