• Support audits and reviews of the AML Compliance program
• Engage with internal stakeholders and facilitate resolutions
• Develop and manage project plans for regulatory remediation efforts
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate remediation efforts
• Prepare materials for working groups, project dashboards, and presentations

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively

• Experience in compliance-related roles within the financial services sector
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
