Licensed Salon Manager – Sport Clips Haircuts

Join our fun and family‑oriented team at the Sport Clips store in Tyler – Broadway. As part of the management team, your role involves motivating and managing the team of hair stylists & barbers, delivering an excellent haircut experience, and coaching them to reach their highest potential. You will balance time between cutting hair on the floor and coaching the team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Motivating and managing stylists and barbers
• Delivering an excellent customer service experience
• Coaching team members to improve skills and achieve salon results
• Balancing floor time with management duties

Your qualifications and requirements:

• Valid TX cosmetology license (required)
• Salon management experience of 3 years (preferred)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Salary: $30‑45 per hour (base pay, tips, bonuses)
