Life Span Home Care is seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Tyler and help provide essential support to individuals with disabilities.

Schedule: 20 hrs/wk Mon-Fri

As a Life Span Caregiver, you’ll provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including:

• Grooming
• Hair and skin maintenance
• Toileting and dressing
• Shopping and meal preparation
• Feeding and light exercise
• Transfers and mobility support
• Cleaning and laundry

• Referral Bonuses

• Must be 18 years or older
• At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Relevant training or experience in personal care
• CPR certification required
• Must pass a background check in accordance with state laws
