Every day you will meet donors who motivate you. You will collect high‑quality plasma that becomes life‑changing medicines. We expect a commitment to customer service and quality. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and serve as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist supporting daily center operations.

• Answer phones, greet and engage donors, ensuring safety for donors and staff.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger‑stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate procedural changes using approved company procedures.
• Attend varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk, stand, lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 32 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs).
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• Ability to wear gloves for 90% of tasks due to exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
  1).
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role (preferred).

The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The final hourly rate will comply with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
