About the RoleEvery day you will meet donors who motivate you. You will collect high‑quality plasma that becomes life‑changing medicines. We expect a commitment to customer service and quality. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and serve as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist supporting daily center operations.
How You Will Contribute- Answer phones, greet and engage donors, ensuring safety for donors and staff.
- Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate procedural changes using approved company procedures.
- Attend varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk, stand, lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 32 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs).
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Ability to wear gloves for 90% of tasks due to exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1). - At least 1 year of experience in a customer or patient‑facing role (preferred).

U.S. Starting Hourly Wage$16.00
The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The final hourly rate will comply with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
