Required Skills:

  • Valid radiation oncology license or certification
  • Proficiency in advanced radiation treatment planning and delivery
  • Knowledge of current radiation oncology protocols and safety standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Experience with emerging radiation technologies and techniques
  • Familiarity with healthcare electronic medical record systems
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Certifications in related specialties (e.g., Radiologic Technologist certification)
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or related healthcare field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in radiation oncology
  • Prior experience in outpatient or hospital settings preferred
Other Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation for occasional travel if required
  • Willingness to obtain or maintain necessary state licensure and certifications
  • Ability to adhere to all institution safety protocols and quality standards
