Provide compassionate companion and personal care
, including:
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
- Assist with bathing, dressing, transfers, and ambulation
- Accompany clients to doctor appointments, pharmacy visits, and grocery stores
- Assist with mobility exercises
- Monitor and document changes and report them to the Director of Nursing
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CPR certification (in-person)
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Minimum 1-2 years of caregiver or CNA experience
- Ability to maintain HIPAA and client confidentiality
- Pass a Level 2 AHCA background check & drug screening
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to assist clients with lifting up to 50 lbs.
