### Assignment Details
• Location: Tyler, Texas
• Coverage Dates:
- December 21–23, 2026 - December 28–31, 2026
• Duration: Limited to the listed dates; ongoing coverage is not confirmed
• Hours: 8:00 AM‚Äì5:00 PM
• Lunch: One-hour break
• Setting: Outpatient radiation oncology
• Call: None
• Patient Volume: Approximately 30 patients daily
• EMR: Aria
• Credentialing: Approximately 60 days
• Temporary Privileges: Not available
### Requirements
• Board-certified Radiation Oncologist
• Active Texas medical license or IMLC eligibility
• Active BLS certification
• Linear accelerator experience
• Experience with:
- Rapid Arc/VMAT
- Electron therapy
- Conventional and conformal therapy - IMRT and IGRT - SBRT and SRS
- Hyperfractionated treatment
- Conventional and 3D treatment planning
- Multileaf collimator beam shaping - PET/CT or MRI image fusion
- Electronic portal imaging### Clinical Responsibilities
• New-patient consultations
• Follow-up appointments
• On-treatment visits
• Verification simulations
• Treatment planning and oversight
### Clinical Support
• 3 Radiation Therapists
• 1 Dosimetrist
• 1 Physicist
• 1 Nurse
• 1 Medical Assistant
• Additional office staff
• 2 Varian True Beam linear accelerators
• 1 CT simulator
• No APP supervision or teaching responsibilities
